Getting it right
A bonded screed is only as good as the preparation underneath, so we make sure the base is clean, sound and primed before anything goes down. Then it's laid level and ready for tiles, timber or vinyl.

Questions we get asked
How thin can polymer modified screed go?
Thinner than a standard sand and cement screed. The exact depth depends on the product and the floor, which we'll check at the site visit.
Is it stronger than normal screed?
It bonds harder to the base and resists cracking better at thin depths, which is why we use it for overlays and repairs.
